Day to day responsibilities:
- Work within a team of successful senior recruitment consultants
- Develop and build client relationships with Fortune 500 corporations for recruitment across Europe
- Handle all aspects from the initial call to the client right through to interview and offer stage.
- Develop a sales pipeline, which will generate a steady stream of placements each month.
- Arrange interviews for successful applicants
- Liaise with Clients about feedback from interviews
