Proteus Europe are actively searching for a QA Engineer to work for an international market leader in providing fast and efficient solutions for the capture, storage, retrieval and analysis of customer interactions for contact centres. The Essential skills required for this role are at least 2 years experience in software QA and Testing (QA certification preferred) and experience in dealing with Windows server and client technology. Knowledge of Linux, web server/CGI front-ends, CIT., IP and networking would be seen as an advantage but is not essential. My client is looking for a candidate who is a quick leaner, happy to be bug chasing and fixing across a range of products and who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You also need to be flexible and prepared to travel to customer or partner sites worldwide although this will be infrequently. Your key responsibilities will include: - A support of voice recording products including server components, CIT. interfaces and client applications for voice recorders. - System set-up, fault replication and analysis, testing of software fixes, build and deployment. - May be some local and overseas customer visits If you want to make a difference and you have what it takes, then do not hesitate to act now! |
