Don't get impatient if you have to wait, they may well be testing your temperament. When asked to complete an application form, do so neatly and thoroughly. Application forms can have an influence with personnel on your application. Be enthusiastic and interested. Remember that the position your prospective employer is talking about is very important to them and they want someone who is genuinely interested in their company. Have a list of questions to ask the client about the project and the company itself. Body language is also very important, always stand to greet your interviewer, shake their hand firmly and smile. Project confidence. Be prepared to answer awkward and technical questions. Listen to the questions carefully. Understand exactly what is being asked of you. If you are unsure ask for clarification. Give yourself time to think before answering. Answer precisely and to the point. At the end of the interview, thank the interviewer for their time and if you are interested in the job say so.
